Why Do You Need Coaching?
Because life is too precious to stay stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about your next steps. Coaching isn’t just for when you feel lost—it’s for when you’re ready to grow. Whether you’re navigating a significant transition, striving for a big goal, or simply yearning for a deeper sense of purpose, coaching provides the clarity, support, and tools you need to move forward with confidence.
Life often pulls us in a hundred different directions, and it’s easy to lose sight of what truly matters. Coaching gives you the space to pause, reflect, and realign your life with your values and aspirations. It’s a partnership where someone is entirely focused on your growth—helping you uncover blind spots, reframe challenges, and create actionable steps that lead to meaningful change.
Through coaching, you gain not just solutions to immediate issues but a deeper understanding of yourself. You’ll discover how to navigate life’s complexities with greater ease and resilience. If you’re ready to step into the best version of yourself, coaching can help you get there. It’s not about fixing you—it’s about empowering you to thrive.
Coaching v. Counseling
Coaching is not counseling, though both can be valuable tools for personal growth. Counseling often focuses on understanding and healing from the past. It provides a safe space to explore emotional challenges, trauma, or mental health concerns, and it’s typically led by a licensed professional trained in therapeutic methods.
Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused. It’s about helping you clarify your goals, identify obstacles, and create actionable strategies to achieve the life you want. While coaching acknowledges where you’ve been, it’s primarily about where you’re going. Coaching isn’t about diagnosing or treating mental health issues; it’s about partnering with you to unlock your potential and take intentional steps forward.
Think of counseling as untangling the roots of a tree to understand why it’s struggling, while coaching is about nurturing the tree to help it grow and thrive. Both can be powerful, but they serve different purposes. If you’re ready to create change, tackle challenges, and grow into the future you envision, coaching is the right step for you.
Virtual Coaching or In-Person Coaching?
The answer depends on what works best for your lifestyle and goals because both options have unique benefits.
Virtual coaching offers unparalleled convenience and flexibility. Whether you’re at home, traveling, or in the middle of a busy workday, you can connect with me from anywhere in the world. Virtual sessions also save time and eliminate the need to commute, making it easier to fit coaching into your schedule. Plus, many clients find virtual coaching to be just as personal and impactful, thanks to the focused, distraction-free environment it creates.
In-person coaching, on the other hand, can feel more intimate and grounded for those who prefer face-to-face interaction. There’s something uniquely powerful about sitting together in the same space, with the energy and connection that comes from shared presence. It’s a great option if you value the immediacy of physical connection or want to incorporate activities that are better suited to in-person sessions. My in person session are somewhat limited and will have to be coordinated carefully.
Ultimately, the choice between virtual and in-person coaching comes down to your preferences and what makes you feel most comfortable and supported. Whether we connect through a screen or across a table, the heart of our work together remains the same: helping you move forward with clarity, purpose, and confidence.

The Cost of Coaching
At Stiles Ministries, we believe that personal growth and transformation should never be out of reach because of financial barriers. One of the core reasons we founded this ministry is to ensure open access to everyone committed to their personal growth. It’s not just about offering a service—it’s about living out our mission to empower individuals and advance the gospel. This approach is more than just practical; it’s empathetic and reflects our belief that current circumstances should never limit growth and transformation.
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”
– H. Jackson Brown Jr.
