A Faith-Shaped Space to Be Seen

Coaching with me is for women who sense there is more God is forming in them, but need space to slow down, be seen, and sort through the pieces of life with someone who will listen carefully and point them toward the stability found in Christ. This is not about hype, quick fixes, or someone handing you a formula. It is a thoughtful, prayerful process of noticing where God has been at work, naming what He has entrusted to you, and discerning how to walk forward faithfully.

My Coaching Approach

My coaching flows from a Christian worldview and is shaped by the belief that God does not waste your story. My certification through New Ventures West was a rigorous, multi-month coaching program rooted in whole-person development, supervised practice, and deep personal formation. I have also received giftedness training through The Hendricks Center at Dallas Theological Seminary, which helps people explore their abilities, motivations, and God-given design. Together, these experiences shape how I listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help women notice what God has been forming in them.

Your story is not random. The places you have come from, the burdens you have carried, and the gifts that keep showing up may all be pointing toward the calling God has placed before you.

Is Coaching Right for You?

Coaching may be a good fit if you are trying to understand your story, discern your gifts, navigate transition, integrate faith and leadership, or take a next step in ministry, work, family, or calling. It is not counseling, therapy, consulting, or a formula for your life. It is a guided conversation that helps you slow down, ask better questions, notice what God may be forming in you, and move forward with wisdom and courage.

Start with a Free Curiosity Call

I offer a free 45-minute curiosity call as a first step. This one-time conversation gives us space to talk about what you are carrying, what you are hoping for, and whether coaching feels like the right fit. Because this work is personal, it also gives us both a chance to make sure the connection feels natural.

From there, you may choose a three-session coaching package called Clarity and Calling, designed to help you explore your story, identify your God-given wiring, and consider practical next steps for faithful stewardship.

Cost & Access

The three-session Clarity and Calling coaching package is $375. At Stiles Ministries, we do not want cost to be the reason a woman cannot pursue growth, clarity, or faithful next steps. Coaching does require time, preparation, and commitment, but we also believe access matters. If the cost feels like a barrier, please reach out anyway. We can talk through options with honesty, grace, and care.
