Hi friend,

I’m so grateful you’ve landed on my page. I’m Kelly, a follower of Jesus, wife to Randy, and mom to four kids who keep life full, loud, and wonderfully interesting. I love people, collect books faster than I can read them, and always appreciate a good Marvel movie reference. Most of all, I am continually amazed by the grace of God in every season.

I’m an executive leader, encourager, and certified coach with a deep love for helping people grow. My professional life has given me years of experience leading people, bringing clarity to complex situations, and helping others develop their strengths. Coaching has become a natural extension of that work, allowing me to walk alongside people in both sacred and secular spaces as they discover how God has uniquely wired them and where He has purposefully placed them. I believe we can bloom where we are planted, and what seems small in our hands can become far greater when surrendered to Him.

If you’re still reading, that was my front porch version. It sounds nice, doesn’t it?

But if I invited you past the front porch and into the house, you would find broken places and more than a little mess. My growing-up story was hard, marked by repeated divorce, family instability, too many moves, new schools, and painful experiences no child should have had to carry. Life shifted so often that I barely had time to understand myself, let alone understand how a loving God could allow my story to unfold this way.

I longed for safety, security, and consistency. For a while, I thought I had found them, until my first marriage ended. For a long time, I wondered if that part of my story disqualified me from being used by God. I feared Jesus had left me too, but He met me there and showed me He had been present all along. Jesus does not discard broken women. He redeems them, restores them, and reminds them they are deeply loved.

One of the sweetest parts of that redemption has been our blended family. It has brought mountaintops and valleys, and it has also brought clinical anxiety I’ve had to face honestly. Even so, it has become a place where I have seen God show up, stay faithful, and put the pieces together far better than I imagined.

Looking back, I can see a theme God has carried through my life: helping women grow in faith, walk in love, and live their calling with courage.

That calling continues to unfold as I pursue a Master of Christian Education at Dallas Theological Seminary, where I am growing deeper in God’s Word and learning how to better teach, coach, and disciple women. I also lead Chasing Grace, our annual women’s retreat, as well as community events that bring women together for honest conversation, encouragement, and spiritual growth.

I believe we are better in community. We were never meant to follow Jesus in isolation, and sometimes the very thing God uses to strengthen us is another woman sitting across the table saying, “Me too.”

If you’re looking for encouragement, coaching, community, or a front-row seat to what God is doing through Chasing Grace, I’d love to hear from you.
