Hi, I’m Kelly Stiles! I’m deeply grateful for God’s grace that sustains me every day. I’m blessed to share life’s adventures with my husband, a fellow theological scholar, and our four incredible children who bring endless joy, laughter, and lessons as we journey together through mountaintops and valleys. In my professional life, I serve as a Federal Finance Director, where I thrive on providing clarity and leadership in complex situations. I’m also a certified personal coach, passionate about helping others discover their God-given potential and pursue their goals with confidence and faith. At the core of everything I do is my love for God’s Word—I’m a lifelong learner, constantly seeking to deepen my understanding of Scripture and share His truth in ways that inspire and transform. 
I’m guided by the call in 1 Corinthians 14:1 from The Message: “Go after a life of love as if your life depended on it—because it does. Give yourselves to the gifts God gives you.” This verse challenges me to approach every aspect of life—ministry, coaching, leadership, and relationships—with a relentless pursuit of love and a heart open to the ways God equips me to serve others for His glory.
Currently, I’m pursuing a Master’s in Chaplaincy and Ministry Care at Dallas Theological Seminary, an incredible opportunity to deepen my biblical equipping and expand my ministry. This education is shaping how I integrate faith into coaching and ministry, equipping me to walk alongside others with wisdom, compassion, and purpose.

Inspired by Matthew 28:19-20, my mission is to encourage, equip, and disciple others to live lives of faith, purpose, and impact. Whether through my work, coaching, or ministry, my heart’s desire is to help others grow in their relationship with Christ and make a difference in the world.
